Physical Items

Shipping Methods

Items are shipped using the royal mail and are well packaged to ensure safe travel. Parcels are made as safe as possible but liability out of our control in rare occasions  where damage is sustained under the care of Royal Mail.

There are various levels of shipping available, including tracked. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your parcel.

Processing time

Processing and delivery times can vary but usually within 10 working days. More specific timing will be provided when you orders

Made to order items take around a week to make unless otherwise stated.

Customs & Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.The Peacock & The Printmaker is not responsible for delays due to customs.

International shipping

Purchases will be sent via international standard delivery with royal mail.. for tracked shipping, contact me to arrange a bespoke shipping price.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on the condition that you:

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Send items back within: 30 days of delivery in the condition that they were sent

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they are proven to have arrived damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the refund.

Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item to obtain a refund.

Services & Digital Products

There is no shipping required for workshops as all bookings are managed online.

In Person Workshops

One to One workshops are conducted in a manner that means the client can request reasonable personalisation in advance and as the workshop unfolds. The workshop includes 2 hours of Heather’s time and expertise and no refunds are available once the workshop has taken place.

Rearranging times of one to one workshops is possible given a minimum of 2 days notice. This can be done via the booking system that the original appointment was made on or by contacting Heather via email here.

Group workshops are either booked via this website or eventbrite. Refunds/cancellations on eventbrite are made according to their policy. Cancellations can be made via this website can be made by contacting Heather here. However, refunds will not be made after the event regardless of whether the person attends or not as the ticket will not have been made available for resale.

Online Workshops

Online workshops will not be refunded as you have lifetime access and no refund will be issued.
