A Handmade Christmas with a Personal Touch: Teal and Copper for 2023

It’s that time of year again - time for the new Christmas collection.

This time I’ve gone for a gorgeous jewel green with copper print and edging. They’re classy and understated - classics that will last you years and years.

There are so many things that I love about this year’s range but I’m sharing my top 3 with you today.

  1. The colours are cosy!

I love metallics all year round but they seem even more yummy in the darker months. The combination of teal and copper is such a classic and will go with most existing decor. The sheen from the oil based inks is unbelievable too. It catches the twinkly lights perfectly and adds a luxurious glow to your tree.

2. They’re easy to gift

The ornaments alone make a great gift but when you add in a matching card (anyone who knows me is familiar with my obsession with matching) and you have a gorgeous gift set.

Another great way to make the ornaments even more special is to add a personalised phrase or message to the back. These messages are carefully hand lettered to match the gorgeous ink on the front.

3. They’re made to last

Think family heirloom (this is a phrase one of my customers used when talking about their navy and silver penguin ornament from 2020).

I use durable materials for all of my products - I want things to last you a long long time. The ornaments are made from plywood, acrylic paint, oil based inks and sturdy twine. All of these items are high grade and combine to produce something truly beautiful.

Ornaments

Made from a 10cm plywood base, hand painted and handprinted then finished with twine, these beautiful ornaments are hardwearing and beautiful - perfect for homes with children or pets (Last year one of my customers’ trees was knocked over by their dog and the ornaments were completely unscathed - the tree was a little worse for wear though!). Get yours for just £12.

There are 3 designs to choose from - Mistletoe, Peacock Feather Snowflake & Wreath. Can’t choose? Buy a set of all three for only £30 (saving £6).

Get Personal

As with last year, I’ll be offering personalisation. For an extra £3 you can add a message, name or date added to the back in copper lettering. This proved popular last year. It’s great for gifts and marking special events such as ‘Baby’s First Christmas’.

Cards

To go with these fab trinkets, I’ve created matching cards featuring the ornaments with pine cones, berries and hessian ribbon. Made with 300gsm recycled paper they come with speckled Kraft brown envelopes. They’re £3 each or you can also buy a card and ornament gift set and save money at the same time (£13.50, you save 10%).

The cards are made with bright 350gsm card stock and recycled Kraft paper envelopes. They’re high quality and would be great framed for future Christmases.
