Find Art:NE Launch
I'm so excited to share with you something that I've been working on behind the scenes for quite some time. Well...
I’ve only gone and created my own flipping network for North East artists and it’s the public launch on Saturday 3rd July.
Artists, like many independent businesses, have really taken a hit over the last year or so and I wanted to do something to help.
Find Art:NE is the public group where artists and galleries can share their artwork and events. The public can also post looking for: commissions, recommendations or places to visit.
Members of the network include (along with me) @nolaseanstudio @philbentonphotography @stitchininthekitchen @theaviary_art and @north_east_art_collective
It's all happening on Facebook in the Find Art:NE group so make sure you join the group to take part and find yourself some amazing artwork.

Following the success of the previous Etsy Made Local markets, there will be another weekend of markets this December.
Highly skilled and creative artisan makers from the Newcastle Etsy Team are getting together to sell their handmade and beautifully crafted items at the Tyne Bank Brewery this Christmas.
I’ll be there selling my art and gifts for you to buy as gifts for Christmas or a treat for yourself (go on!). I’ll also be happy to take custom orders in the run up to the market so that you can collect them on the day.
Sellers take card as well as cash but bring along some money to purchase some of the street food (yummy!) and, of course, the fabulous beers and ciders at the Tyne Bank Bar. To check out the venue head to http://www.tynebankbrewery.co.uk and follow the Newcastle Etsy Team on facebook for more information.
Any questions? Just comment below and I’ll get back to you.
