The Ultimate Art Lover’s Wedding Gift List - How to get the gifts that you want

The Ultimate Art Lover’s Wedding Gift List - How to get the gifts that you want

You’ve been living together for a while and you already have the perfect toaster (4 slice and it works) and you’re looking for a wedding gift list with a difference. Does this sound like you? Then you’re in the right place.

The question has been popped, the venue is in progress and you are not ready for the table plan (really don’t overthink that - just put them on a table and leave them to it!). Now for some fun. Your guests want to know what to buy you and you want something you’ll enjoy.

When you create a wedding list with me, you reserve your favourite limited edition linocut prints or a bespoke commission slot and your wonderful guests club together to buy them. The end result is that you end up with stunning artwork in your home to remind you of your fabulous guests for years to come. Perfect!

Here’s what you do!

Step 1: Check out my prints

Have a chat as a couple and decide which pieces make your heart sing or if you’d like to put your guests’ contributions towards a bespoke commission instead.

Step 2: Book your free consultation

Step 3: We put your list together

During the consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to tell me exactly what you’re after. I may even have something in my studio that’s perfect for you so just ask! You can also decide to have your prints mounted or framed at this point as well.

If you decide that you want something bespoke then I can put together some sketches for a commission piece or perhaps you’d like something to remember your wedding day or honeymoon? Your guests can donate to your commission pot and we can finalise the details afterwards.

Step 4: Pay a small deposit

I’ll send you a payment link for you to pay £30. This secures your list and will be used against your list price.

Step 5: I create your private page

I put together your list in a private page that only you and your guests can access.

Step 6: Share your link with your guests

It’s up to you how you share it. You could paste it into a Facebook group, email, wedding web page or on your invites. You could even turn it into a QR code on your invites so that guests can scan it with their phones.

Step 7: I deliver your gifts on an agreed date

ff you live near Newcastle, I’ll deliver your goodies by hand. If you live further afield, I’ll arrange safe delivery with Royal Mail. Alternatively, you can come for a tour of my garden studio when you collect as a little added bonus (not many people get to do this).

It’s over to you. Does this sound like something you or someone you know would like to do? Then book your free Wedding List Consultation here.
